Description
It is difficult to find desired resource URL in Requests activity because most portion of URLs remain hidden. Therefore, the URL text should be extended to maximum 3 lines.
Files
I can see this being a bit suboptimal, but I'm not sure I would like the way the layout would look of having multiple lines. URLs are hard to parse when they are split across multiple lines and having a list with variable height looks odd.
In my personal usage, I often just rotate my phone to landscape mode when looking at the requests list (see attached screenshot).
However, I will leave this open and might be persuaded based on comments made by users.
One can rotate the phone, as you suggested, or click on one of the lines to see the full URL in the "Request details" pop-up, and, then, navigate through the "next" and "previous" buttons.
What about adding a filter (search) box to reduce the number of lines and facilitate the search for a particular URL?
There is an existing planned feature to add search to resource requests at #532. That might be sufficient to also cover this feature request, but I will probably implement that first and see how well it works before I mark this as a duplicate.

I am going to see if I can make the TextView touch scrollable.
Is the requests page's aim to just look at what requests were in & what's blocked ? Caz I don't see any other use cases from it (such as copying the url, enabling one temporarily, etc.)
Btw, multi line list ain't that ugly. This is a smartphone application, so you gotta trade in one or another, form or functionality.
Yes, that is the purpose. It allows you to decide if you would like to disable a particular filter list for a certain domain.
