Description

The `<legalnotice>&FDLNotice;</legalnotice>` in index.docbook displays a notice saying the documentation is licenses under the GDFL 1.2 instead of the current GFDL 1.3.

There might be a different notation that produces the text for 1.3 or fixing this might require filing a bug report upstream.
