This also happens for pages opened from a bookmark.

Clicking on the URL line edit and hitting Enter resolves the issue.

Also, and I don't know if this is related, history doesn't work for the first page loaded after the bookmark, but it does work for the second.

Subject changed from F5 (or any other method of refresh) doesn't work on tabs that are opened with rigth-click->Open In New Tab to F5 (or any other method of refresh) doesn't work on the first URL loaded in a new tab
